How To Use ?

  • Add Three heaping scoops (approx. 125 gms) of MASS GOLD Gainer to a blender having 17 oz. (500 ml) of Water or 32 oz. (950 ml) of Milk.
  • Blend for 30-45 sec. Add Ice-cubes, Fruit or other ingredients as desired and blend for another 30-45
  • Note: Using Milk will provide a thicker, creamier and high calorie shake.

  Recommended Dose: Drink 1/2 - 1 Serving in between meals or Post Workout or Before Bed to support good Nutrients absorption yielding in Good Muscle Growth and better results.
